Keep the work moving.

A shared plan for you, your team, and your AI. Turn a prompt into project boards, track the work as it happens, and pick up where you left off.

How AI connects
Two private boards. No card required.Meshez on Nick Launches

Six tasks, one shared plan.
The example request

“Plan a project called Build GTA 6. Use Meshez to organize gameplay, world design and testing, then keep the tasks updated as we work.”

Bring your AI into the project.

One connection prompt gives a compatible agent the instructions and access to keep your plan up to date.

Choose where the work belongs. Select Personal or a team in your account’s AI & API access settings, then copy the connection prompt.

Paste it below your request. A compatible agent reads the instructions, verifies your workspace, and creates projects, columns and detailed tasks.

Pick up where you left off. Progress, comments and the project overview stay in Meshez. AI Continue gives a new session the context to resume unfinished work.

Your agent needs authenticated HTTP/API access. Ordinary chat-only sessions may not support this. The prompt contains credentials: share it only with an AI service you trust, and revoke keys in your account when needed. AI service costs are separate.

Everything stays with the work.

Private projects

Your Personal boards are private—even when you belong to a team or a business. Open your work on another computer and carry on.

Shared progress

Live board updates, project chat with unread messages, comments, checklists, images and video attachments. Context stays with the work.

Web and desktop

Use the web app or the branded Windows app. Your theme, projects and changes sync to your account. Linux packaging is in development.

Room for your next project.

Unlimited boards does not mean unlimited storage. Current uploads are limited to 50 MB per file and 1 GB of stored files per workspace. AI provider costs are separate.

Questions, answered.

Does Meshez write the code for me?

Your connected AI does the development work in its own environment. Meshez keeps the plan, tasks and updates. Built-in AI can propose project plans with a supported provider key; Meshez-hosted AI and credit purchases are not enabled.

Can my team see my Personal projects?

No. Personal work is visible only to your account through normal app access. Team and Business+ permissions apply to shared work. See the privacy policy for service-provider processing and operational access.

Can I use Meshez without AI?

Yes. Create boards yourself, drag tasks through custom columns, attach files and keep your team up to date. AI is an optional way to manage that same workspace.

What happens if I leave or stop paying?

Your work is preserved when paid access ends. On Free, the two oldest Personal boards remain editable; extra boards and team work become read-only. Leaving a business removes its sponsored access. You can request account deletion separately.
