Terms of service
These terms describe the use of Meshez’s website, desktop application and API. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Use is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement.
Your account and your content
Provide accurate information and protect your password, authenticator codes and API keys. You remain responsible for actions taken by people or agents you authorize. You keep ownership of your content and grant Meshez permission to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to operate the service and follow your sharing choices. Only upload material you have the right to use.
Plans and payment
Free includes two currently stored Personal boards across your projects; archived boards count and permanent deletion frees a slot. Standard is listed at US$5/month or US$55/year per account. Business+ starts at US$25/month or US$295/year for 10 accounts; the owner and pending invitations count toward capacity. Larger tiers appear on the pricing page. AI provider charges are separate. Board counts do not remove file-size or storage limits.
Creating a Free account or a pending business profile does not authorize a payment. When available, PayPal checkout displays the price and recurring interval for your approval. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel future payments in Account settings → Subscription or in PayPal. Confirmed paid access continues through the paid period unless refunded or reversed. Contact support for refund requests and any legally required withdrawal rights; cancellation does not itself issue a refund. No term here overrides mandatory consumer rights. Sandbox checkout is a test and grants no paid access.
When paid access expires, existing work is preserved subject to storage and retention rules; extra boards and team work become read-only. Business members lose sponsored access when they leave or are removed. Personal work remains separate.
Acceptable use
Do not use Meshez to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass others, steal credentials, bypass access or subscription controls, or disrupt the service. Do not probe or access another user’s private data. Report security concerns privately to support. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend access as reasonably necessary for safety, legal obligations or these terms.
AI and third-party services
AI is optional and can make mistakes. Review generated plans and changes; you control which accounts and workspaces an agent may access. Compatibility depends on the external service’s capabilities and terms. A consumer chat subscription does not necessarily include API access. Meshez does not guarantee the work performed by another AI service.
Availability, leaving and disputes
Meshez is in early access. Features may change and service can be interrupted; no uptime commitment is included unless separately agreed in writing. Maintain exports of important work. You can request account deletion after resolving shared ownership and external subscription cancellation. Personal deletion does not give you a right to erase other people’s shared work.
Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections. Contact support@screensie.com to resolve a concern. Operator identity, governing jurisdiction, any negotiated business processing agreement and region-specific consumer disclosures must be finalized before commercial launch. Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required.
